License & Terms

Last updated: July 2026.

Courtesy translation. The French version (Licence et conditions) prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the DyaPi service and the modules/connectors distributed by Aytechnet. They prevail over the general Terms for the clauses concerned (Terms 7.4).

2. Ownership

DyaPi and its components (code, interfaces, trademarks, documentation) remain the exclusive property of Aytechnet. No intellectual-property rights are transferred to the user.

3. Right of use

For the term of your subscription, Aytechnet grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, for your own needs. On expiry or termination, no right survives: you stop all use and remove the installed integration components (plugin, connector, API tokens).

4. Modules and connectors (dyapiconnect)

  • Open-source components: under the stated licence (failing that, GPL v3 or later);
  • proprietary components provided free of charge: use limited to your own needs, no redistribution or modification, no durability commitment.

Free use grants no warranty, support or maintenance, unless an expressly ordered and invoiced service.

5. Third-party software

DyaPi may embed third-party open-source software, owned by their authors and subject to their licences (GPL, MIT, Apache, BSD or equivalent), which you undertake to comply with.

6. Acceptable use

  • use the service for its purpose and in line with applicable law;
  • keep your credentials, secrets and API tokens confidential;
  • do not circumvent usage limits, quotas or security mechanisms;
  • do not impair the availability or integrity of the service.

7. Electronic invoicing

DyaPi helps you comply (Factur-X, transmission via a PDP, ChorusPro). You remain responsible for your tax and reporting obligations; Aytechnet provides a tool, not tax advice.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided under the service levels set out, where applicable, in the Quote and Schedule A of the Terms. Aytechnet's liability applies within the limits of Article 11 of the Terms.

9. Personal data

See the Privacy Policy and, for data processed on your behalf, the DPA (Schedule B of the Terms).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law; any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction rules of Article 15 of the Terms. Aytechnet may amend these terms by notice or publication.
